吉米·帕克姆（Jimmy Packham）是英国伯明翰大学英语文学副教授，研究领域包括哥特文学、海洋文学、海岸研究和“蓝色人文”（Blue Humanities），尤其关注深海及海底的人类历史，以及文学作品中的海岸与海洋书写。他著有《哥特式话语：美国哥特文学中的声音、言语与死亡》（Gothic Utterance: Voice, Speech, and Death in the American Gothic）与《海岸哥特，1719—2020》（Coastal Gothic, 1719–2020），并参与编辑《幽灵海岸：不列颠群岛海岸故事》（Our Haunted Shores: Tales from the Coasts of the British Isles）。
